Cancellation & Refund Policy Last updated on 27-12-2024 12:19:55 SACHIN JAISWAL believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. • SACHIN JAISWAL does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the SACHIN JAISWAL, it’ll take 16-30 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:
Order once placed can only be canceled within 4 hours from the placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on jcshopsuper@gmail.com or call us on +919450436886 In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.
EXCHANGE POLICY We only exchange goods if they are defective, damaged or lost in transit. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us on jcshopsuper@gmail.com or call us on +919450436886 with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At JCSSUPER, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:
Full refund or exchange of a product bought on our website is possible if
1. The product is damaged or there have been some breakages during transport
2. The product has an expiry nearby .
Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
During peak seasons please allow up to 15-18 business days for your return to process.

All item at JCSSUPER comes with 25-35 days delivery time. In some cases it may take up to 45 days as per shipping warehouse depending on customs entry and environmental conditions and external factors.How ever in general it takes about 15-20 days delivery time.All items are shipped with tracking .
Cancellation is allowed only before item is under processing stage , once item is processed cancellation is not allowed,Normally all buyers have 24 hrs time to cancel the order.
Refund will only be processed if item is not as described ,defective or if not arrived within 45 days time, Buyer have to file return Case under return tab by filling the form.
All item are processed once the payment is fully confirmed.
